The Plus service offers flexible billing, either monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing term until cancelled.
To begin your membership, provide your payment information. We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Once your payment is confirmed, your Plus account becomes active immediately.
Already using a Plus account? You can activate a membership whenever you like. Add your payment details during signup, and billing will begin after your existing period expires.
Advanced works exactly like Plus, except for one difference — how your sales are processed and managed within the platform.
You can change your payment option by going to My Account , selecting Manage My Subscription , and then clicking Update Subscription . There you can easily switch between monthly and annual payment.
If you have paid for a full year and switch to monthly payment, the new payment plan will only start when your current annual period ends. This means you will only be charged monthly after your paid year has expired.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to My Account and selecting Manage my subscription and then Cancel my subscription .
If you pay monthly, your subscription will end at the end of the next month. If you have paid annually, your subscription will end at the end of the year, as long as you have not exercised your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days by contacting us via email. We will refund the full purchase price within approximately 5 working days. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund after 14 days have passed.
